had a really warm welcome from the receptionist n they changed my room to ground floor when i said i can't do stairs. my room n bathroom were super clean, like spotless. breakfast was amazin, the poached eggs were made fresh just for me which is rare in hotels! also, the staff were all really polite n helpful.

but there were some issues with the noisy environment from the road outside, and the bar was kinda understaffed so drinks took a while.

Absolutely frustrating lack of elevator access!!! The outdated room décor detracted from any modern comfort expectations!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues seemed to plague my stay, and the no-heat radiator made for an uncomfortable evening!!!

It was just a reliable pick for a date night in Gravesend with good price value. The staff were really nice, especially Danny on security, who went out of his way to help us feel comfortable. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast. it’s a solid start to the day.
